We're listening

Since launching this project in 2013, we've heard feedback from nearly 2,000 people about Energize Eastside. Through the years, we've:

  • Involved the community in a public route discussion process and worked with a Community Advisory Group to consider community values while evaluating transmission line route options.
  • Conducted fieldwork to inform the environmental review process, project design, and permit applications.
  • Participated in the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) process to learn more about potential environmental impacts and consider mitigation options.
  • Talked with property owners one-on-one about site-specific design details and used what we learned to fine-tune the project design.

The project and our final route selection have been shaped by this feedback.

We'll keep property owners and the community up to date on project progress

We appreciate the community's input and ongoing interest in Energize Eastside. During permitting and as we prepare for construction, we'll continue reaching out to property owners and keep the community up to date on our progress.
